The problem

Bill payment apps ask for trust before they demonstrate value. Users hand over personal details and fund a wallet without ever seeing what the product actually does for them.

The approach

Ease of payment was the design principle across every screen. Each category (electricity, data, TV, insurance, education) follows the same fast path: select, confirm, done. The balance and first action are visible before a user signs up, so the value is felt before the ask.
